I know there are sites for sms verification services but they offer temporary numbers that last for only 20 minutes,
which are not suitable for a site that keeps asking for phone verification once in a while like paypal.
so I was wondering if there's a site that sells permanent US phone number (for people outside US) that I can use to verify a newly created paypal account.
