[Question] WIFI Sniffing/MIM attacks with access to router? - Darkie Smith - May 6, 2021 Almost all tutorials I find, using whatever method whether its Kali Linux based or using programs like Wireshark- usually are about sniffing wifi packets or creating a man in the middle attack with your own wifi access point/connection. But, what if you have router/administrator access VIA eithernet? The router for the network in pentesting had default username/password allowing access. Is there any other/easier methods to monitor traffic, or potentially set up some sort of MIM to sniff SSL traffic from the network? Including from WIFI devices on the network? |
