Nulled wp plugins - Kn0wn - May 8, 2021

Hey, I run into trouble while installing nulled plugin on my live wordpress website.
When I install it on my local host website it works fine.
Any suggestions?

Many reviews and articles claim that it's not a smart move to use any Nulled plugin.
It's often associated with your website being hacked or infected. I can't tell if this is true or false.

Just here to warn you.

Correct, nulled products are often infected for a reason (monetary gain). Having a backdoor on each possible way gives you a good potential to ransom the owners

Hello all and first post! Coming from a wordpress builder and slight coder, the easiest way to check a nulled plugin is to read the lines of code. Most of the ones with viruses or back doors have base64 code riddled in there. The best method to check these is to open each file with a code editor and look for callbacks to other websites or strings of random numbers and letters that are super long. Not short ones like a few characters but like blocks of text. You can try to convert that back to regular code with a base64 converter and you might see what that person is doing. I used to use nulled plugin years ago when I started and could not afford to buy them. Mostly just to test and see if it was what I needed on my site. Generally I didnt need it and removed it. Unfortunately most of the great plugins now cannot be nulled as they have direct callbacks to a license server to check valid license. Sometimes you can have the code hop over that but many of them provide additional SAAS services this way so it makes the plugin useless.
