My friend sent it me i thought what the fuck a crazy meme, then i sent it Cooligan asked him if he seen it and he checked to see if it was real and boom.
Then did more research below.

I'm not defending Google's algorithm but it might be Fox 9's fault. Who knows what tags they put in their video?
For what we know, they could've put "harambe" as a tag.
And since both are "shocking" videos with similar comments or similar viewers, that might also be the reason for the algorythm to suggest that video.
But who knows, maybe Google's at fault since they did it in the past already (your article).

Yeah me too but the video only shows when searching for "harambe footage" and not "harambe" so it might be the footage tag.
