Access denied (friend) - Aishun - May 14, 2021
I found a person on crypto discussion and had great talk with him. We were talking about crypto community, Radix and I introduced him this forum.
His access is denied and he has no idea why, so I thought I would post his CF Ray ID if moderators can check it out.

He told me that he doesn't have a VPN, which I tend to believe, so I assume there is something else denying him access.

Don't think I will endanger him by sharing country since his username (if unblocked) won't be disclosed, but he is from Suriname in South America.

Yes this is true. Hackforums.net has many countries blocked. The list is extensive. Please note that country blocks are not a slur on the people of that country. These blocks represent problems with IPs originating from these countries. Many are part of botnets, rogue datacenters, and high crime locations. Country blocks are one effective way to eliminate "bad traffic". So don't take it personal. Do not ask for countries to be removed. The block list is currently not published.

It's likely the country / IP being used is blocked. I don't personally know what the block list is. VPNs are mostly blocked by default, but there is no rule against using a VPN if you find one that works.
