short and simple, so many vouches but no contracts. all vouches seem to be multis, if someone can confirm with trust scan that can help my claim more.

multiple vouches from new accounts, no posts, weird join date. no contracts at all.
thread hasn't been shut down yet.

While it may be possible, if you actually go to the users who posted, they do have a contract. E.g the first person: https://hackforums.net/contracts.php?action=view&cid=273733 (Im assuming that's what its for but nonetheless I could be wrong since I can't see details and messages between them obviously)
They just didn't put the thread URL in the contract which is why it doesn't show in the post itself.
Edit: Latest IP Matching Other Members: 0
Could easily get around it via VPN/Proxy but nothing obvious from my quick research.

If he was using the multi's on an rdp or something he could also create fake contracts.
They're new, might be a mistake, or you could be right, who knows.

Definitely multis. He used to be called Ted Evelyn Mosby and during that time, he used to bump his threads with multis. Lookup his older threads.

I had an eye out on his threads and he seems to have a lot of 'ways to earn money' and some of his clients are fresh accounts but I guess its innocent until proven guilty.

Might be wrong then, only looked at the first person. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but if that's the case, especially having most of the account brand new its definitely sketchy.

All Vouches in a thread must be from a valid Verified Contracted Customer related to the thread.
