Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - Cyam - May 26, 2021 I think it's been like several years since my personal account got perma limited. I also created another one after the first one and it got limited too. What would happen if I create a new Paypal under my name? Would they flag it or no? I can't speak to whether or not they do keep that information; although, I can tell you that I had an identical situation and created my new PayPal account a year or so down the line. That new account is still operating perfectly fine, without any limitations or restrictions -- it has been around 3 or 4 years now, I want to say. As soon as I open an account with my name, I have changed addresses 6 times in a year, cause of work I have to move. I always get banned. My Wife now uses Paypal for any payments. So yes they keep track of you LOL it sucks buy whatever. I created my PayPal account when I was 15 back in 2014 and I'm still using the same PayPal account in 2021. I've had it fully business verified since 2016 as well, when I was a minor. Idk what kind of services or weird chargeback sketchy BS ya'll were doing years ago.. lol i've even received $2k+ payments at a time and instantly transferred them to my bank and i was never stopped and my payments were never held RE: Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - Cyam - May 26, 2021 (May 26, 2021 01:25 PM)Angela White Wrote: idk what ya'll used PayPal for. Well, I did some stupid fucking things back in the day and got my Paypal perma banned. RE: Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - bk randy - May 26, 2021 I owed Paypal around $140 like 10 years ago and they sent a paper to me requesting it be paid but I never did it, I think my bank account was attached to it before but was taken off before my balance went negative. So when I moved out I made another one with legit info and have it verified with my SSN, and have not had any issues and I've been using it for a few years. RE: Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - Scoppa - May 26, 2021 2 guys can have the same name so I don't see why they would instant limit everyone with the same name. But not the same address and ID number 😛 RE: Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - Hilfiger - May 27, 2021 Been in the same boat for years now. I have made new accounts after some time and they have worked. Then they went to shit again and would never work. Got one recently and Ebay screwed me over and it got banned. Sad face :( RE: Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - JustHackIt - May 27, 2021 (May 26, 2021 02:04 PM)Cyam Wrote: But not the same address and ID number 😛 Few years ago the ZIP code was an issue too. RE: Does Paypal keep permanent track of limited members? - Mark Ronson - May 27, 2021 I have verified mine with docs, so would be hard to make a second account (in case main gets banned) and verify it again, unless I use other type of ID.
