Is there a shell command to access the system files of a otg connected tablet? my phone is otg cable connected to a tablet, and I'm wondering whether there exist a shell command to access file system of targeted device. So far I've been stuck using Nexus' OTG USB File Manager to do this but it only allows me to view sdcard contents, but I need system file access too.
Also I can't use adb because USB debugging isn't enabled on the device targeted.
Any suggestions please? Anyways, if anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Why can't you enable USB Debugging on the phone? Is the developer settings not showing? If not, try tapping build number in about phone seven times.
