Crypto Discord Bot ideas (Technical Analysis, Signals etc...) - m8than - Jun 7, 2021
I've begun creating a crypto discord bot and am looking for ideas, and possibly testers?
The base is very stable, been running for days with some test signals and support/resistance analysis
Looking for ideas that would be helpful for traders. What would you like to use?
Also a built in trading bot is in the works when I can verify the various signals I've written work well.

Being able to create personal portfolios in the bot would be pretty cool. It could branch into personalized notifications if an asset in your portfolio moves +/- x% in y amount of time. It could be as simple as just adding the asset or if you felt like elaborating on it, you could allow people to add full transaction logs. Think of similar to how sites like CoinMarketCap do their portfolios, if you've used it before.

As in you add each coin and amount you have manually? I have started the part of the bot where you can link your account so I could add a function to track your own portfolio movement.

Scans Elons tweets/sources for highly influential announcements? (eg coin announcements on an exchange)
Movement alert like a Whale transaction (buy/sell)?
Bit of a weird one but would it be possible to get the price history of a coin.
For example select a date range 01/04/2021 - 08/06/2021 > Select Trading Pair ETH/GBP > Select Time Interval 30m/1H/1D and have it calculate periods of possible good times to buy/sell so can put it into a spreadsheet? Eg 3ams on a Sunday morning middle of the month people buy in (price goes up)
Have no experience with a Discord Signal bot but would be highly interested in this project :)

movement alerts sounds like a great idea. the other ones I can't see the use.

I developped a trading bot and alert bot based on a custom indicator, and this one is sharing buying and selling signals on my discord, peak of volatility etc, it helps me to scan the market and find good trading setup quickly, dm me if you want more informations about how I made it.

Stats from running it overnight about 10 hours, will be running it a lot longer as the profit atm seems pretty high (idk maybe im a wizard)
Automatic trading for futures is working fine, need a few people to test soon. Made many stability updates over the last few days and I believe it is very nearly free of bugs.

Seems like an interesting project! I have been running different types of crypto bots, mostly self-hosted, and most with Discord integration.
If you're still looking for testers, I'd be more than happy to test it and give feedback.
