How is that clear? You asked for a BTC address, received it, payment was confirmed, you asked not to be scammed, he said it wasn't a scam. Where is the confirmed scam? Where in the screenshot did he take your money and run? Where was there proof of no delivery of the product? This is a deal dispute. Explain it or don't bother.

the seller did not respond after this , he went ahead and deleted conversation after few hours

And we're supposed to know that how? With no context whatsoever, are we supposed to just fucking guess that he ditched the conversation and deleted it? Clearly you got scammed because you're a fucking moron. You obviously didn't do your DD because if you did you would have seen that he was new and he already had a dispute opened up against him. Or maybe I'm giving you too much credit and you actually saw that and still decided to do business with him like the idiot that you are. Either way, you deserved it. Again, explain your deal dispute like you're supposed to, or don't fucking bother opening one. Fucking cry baby, attention whore. Get lost.
