Q: Why wouldn't I just look up any diet plan online and follow it?
A: My plan will be specifically tailored to you and progressive. Eventually your body will hit a plateau and this is why we have weekly check ins to monitor your progress and make the changes necessary to nutrition and training each week. Not everyone's body responds the same.

Q: Do you do in person training sessions?
A: Yes! If you are local OR if you are willing to travel to me I do train clients in person!

Q: Why do you require 2 months up front, why cant I just pay 1?
A: I like to work with committed clients who are ready to work. 2 Months is a larger commitment and generally produces better results.

Q: Why do you limit your clients to 20 a month?
A: I love coaching clients and I like to make sure EVERY SINGLE client gets my all every single day. Every client deserves a timely response within that day, I have tried taking on over 20 before and it just becomes to difficult to give every client my all.

I've been given a trial of his training services for a month and it's been about halfway through it now and although
it hasn't been that long, I've definitely seen results. OP has crazy experience and know what he's doing in the gym despite
being young, Now i've had personal trainers in the past, but usually they were
just exercise instructors(plus overpaid), with M4A4, he not only gives you training techniques(all with videos as well),
he constructs a new diet plan custom to you and no one else as well as a supplement plan(optional), Me personally(OP is not
at fault at all) have been travelling and working all this past couple of weeks so haven't followed the diet plan as thoroughly
as I should but still have went down 7 pounds despite probably following only 70% of the diet plan he gave me, but have
100% followed the training&supplement plan to the tee. With the two programs he offers, you really have to stay in
communications with him if you simply wish to succeed, he supplies us with his email, media contacts, and can ping us
through the personal training app he operates through so there's many ways to get a hold of him and you vice versa. On top
of all of this, his rates are very reasonable, some people in the past have charged me double & triple for strictly lifting
(not even cardio, different calisthenics workouts, etc) workout sessions. My experience so far has been more than what I
expected and he's definitely provided what he's advertised. I will continually update this throughout my trial the next month
and a half.
