No, they scan files for known malware hashes but do not share new ones.

Also OP discord will work, however the hash must not be on online scanners such as VT, or rather be detected.
Also don't end up on urlhaus, or even have it uncovered as you can report malware urls pretty easy via discord. My favourite pastime is fugging with shitty loggers that use discord webhooks, and even discord malware like DCStealer I caught a bit ago, so keep it safe 🤐
That reminds me of "arsenite.io" dope as fuck site owned by a friend and used anarchy wrapper to create auto spreading token stealers.

if you dont have a vps or webhosting to host your file you can always use github or just new discord server, thats the easiest method
