Make That Money!
This is a simple method that I've used for years now, and it really works!
I don't believe it to be saturable because of the nature of how it works, as elements need multiple sellers for the buyers' convenience.
You won't make millions, but I can do a solid $50-100 every week with this.
No vouch copies, it's only $5.

Does it have to do with book/product reviews? Looking to get back into Fiverr since I have a level 2 account.
Would like to get a few technical gigs going.

It is possible, yes! It helps if you have an account with a bit of weight behind it already, like some reviews etc, but I started doing it on a fresh account and had my first order within 24 hours in all honesty.

No sir, this is more of a personal service type of gig but with very little effort on your part. I may be selling another method relatively soon that could fit your needs though, so I will hit you up when I do if you might be interested.

In all honesty, I got an order within two hours of making my first gig, and from some initial feedback from some customers it's been a day or two for them too, so not long at all. Hoping for some more reviews to drop soon, but it's a method that definitely works!

I'm sorry but I'm only accepting PayPal if it's F&F as it's a friend's account that will be handling the money, and we've both had bad experiences with chargebacks causing major issues in the past.
