Actually looks/sounds kinda cheap imo. I mean when talking about 1st world countrys. Wouldn't it also depend on what country you're exactly from because i think the drunk 3rd world police man wont notice the fake passport but the over-motivated police officer from the netherlands for example will probably see it?
Same thing on bank accounts/ diploma and certificates? Would also assume that you could spent way more money on "better" quality ones that could change your whole past to a different person, not only some years where you still could get fucked because someone looked at something too closely.
Not a professional in that but i assume it based on documentarys that i've seen over the years and/or basic logic?
I mean for example what if you get into a traffic stop and they find out your license is fake because they can't find shit about you?

You can buy fake passports or ID's everywhere.
It's just similar to the Disallowed Blackhat Activity of HF (topic) like (V)CC's.
Similar in Poland, you can purchase them on the streets sometimes.
Things like that. I'll not go into details, but yes, the "easy" work to get fake documents is ridiculously.
I personally do not think this thread should exist. It will encourage many noobs or "curious" members to test it out, or even seek for it on the deep web.
Please include in your thread that looking at several websites could be dangerous too. Some links are valid, others will give you a life full of blackmailing and harassments.
DO NOT visit the deep / dark web if you aren't ready for any potential consequences.

I know you are better than this. It's just that children (or younger adults) often see something new on the internet, social media or just on TV and Google for it. Or try to "find it".
This happens with illegal topics even more. Guns, counterfeits, etc., I do not think this thread (even though it's just informative) should be titled "How to Buy a New Identity" as it will be appealing for some to search for these illegal items.

I have been on the Dark Web in the past looking for Illegal Goods (I'm not going to elaborate on HF)...
I have seen Passports, Identification, and Counterfeit... My fear was buying a Passport and getting caught (being charged with Identity Fraud...
As for the Counterfeit, Canadian Money is Plastic now, so I was afraid they would make the wrong Bills and get me busted.
The part of this article I think is cool is the fact, (it seems as though) if you find the right seller you can get an All-in-One Package.
The Dark Web IS Dangerous, but it feels like one of those "Better Call Saul" moments when you're on it.

Not to find a $1000+ one, but the amount of noobs contacting me for "hacking sites" and "buy deep web" is ridiculous.
So what I was trying to say is members will find it interesting or are curious about the topic and go Google for it, or worse, seek at the dark web for ones.
Similar happened with drugs, weapons and counterfeits in my Country after some main news station released a documentary about the "dark web". People at Instagram, FB and even YouTube comments were full of it. The stupidity of some people online doesn't surprise me anymore.
