Tried to buy some rp from me and was obviously trying to scam me.
I found his open dispute where he scammed 400$ from someone and even with proof he was never banned? (how?)
I confronted him saying i wanted to use a middelman, with the result of him cancelling the contract and giving me negative -3 rep.
Can the negative rep be removed somehow and why is this guy not banned after a legitimate scam report?

1. Staff doesn’t get involved in deals.
2. You can’t call someone a scammer without HF contract.
3. Sorry to say but you should just move on.
