I think we should be able to appeal bad business ratings. In my case, the user had little to no experience in converting snapchat adds (from [BRAND NAME REMOVED]) into sales. so they gave me a bad b rating. lol
Appeals would help many users.

And who would be the arbiter, exactly? Staff don't get involved in deals, this would require otherwise.

You’re mistaken in your thinking.
Staff does not get involved in deals. That is not because of time requirements or lack of ability for the team. It’s because as a policy HF does not get involved in deals.

Number of Staff isn't the problem, it is the fact you are suggesting HF admins or Staff start to arbitrate private deals between members. Never going to happen.

Nobody. We do not get involved in deal disputes.
