I know that WanaCry uses RSA and AES to encrypt files.
However, what type of AES does this ransomware use?
128-bit? 192-bit? 256-bit?
ECB? CBC? CFB? OFB? CTR?

WannaCry used AES 128-bit.
But also had a RSA.
