Has anyone had luck contacting staff to remove banned accounts negative b ratings that are unjustified?

Usually staff dont change b ratings, might do because of the circumferences just a blatant scammer etc.

I don't think it's a custom for the members of staff to remove B Ratings, but it's worth a try due to the nature of this member.

The users name is literally THISISASCAMMER and he is closed. Doubt this will really affect any of your future deals unless the person you deal with is stupid.

same issue here. 2 weirdos marked the contract as bad and now others say I'm a scammer even after having so many positive contracts and spending 11 years here.
sometimes I think to contact staff about it but I guess they can't do anything.

I have a similar issue where the user gave me a negative rating because I did that first, as he didn't pay the amount after using my services. In any manner, I'm not a scammer, but that negative thing bothers me a lot, and I'm afraid that contacting staff won't help, and I also don't want to bother Omni. Also, I'm not sure if this is something they will consider.

As of today he's not closed and only banned for 6 months. 01-31-2022
He will be back if not already.

As a policy we don't remove B-Ratings. I review Disputes only for Vendor group. An Invalid Dispute or Contract will remove the B-Ratings.
The account of that scammer is closed and I have invalidated most of the associated Contracts.
