Honestly, from a solely point of law prospective this whole Chris Chan case is both fascinating, and has the potential to set a legal precedence. As in the state of Virginia Mother and Daughter incest doesn't actually carry a charge, or if it does it isn't as heavy as Mother and Son. The reason why this might actually matter is because Chris Chan is a MTF transgender... So not only does the judge, jury, and lawyers need to take into account the incest, they also need to take into account the fact that Chris Chan is 'legally' identified as a female...
Another thing which makes this murky, is that Chris Chan may have been manipulated into doing these actions by a third-party....
