Currently in alcohol detox [medical] - Livewire - Aug 9, 2021
Sorry I haven't been on in like 2 years, but with alcohol taking over my life for a long time, I had lost a lot of my passions and interests.
I'm going to have to start filling my extra time with hobbies I once enjoyed and hopefully this will be somewhere I return. I'm just so confused with the layout but that's not a big deal.
Also I'm on day 6.

I do, thankfully.
Not much money to explore all options, but definitely family and support, yes.

My advice is this; do not return to the internet, it will take years for your brain to adapt into technology like mine has, and that's the only way you will get it to work for you and become a billionaire etc. :}

Welcome back to HF. Wish you the best of luck with the detox and hope you can stay clean going forward. I suggest you stop keeping count mate. Keeping count of the days may seem gratifying to some but it also creates a false sense of achievement and I have met people who have said stuff like ''I have stayed sober for XX days so its okay if I do it this once'' and then they spiraled into it again.

Yeah man I know. Day like 12 or something. Still in hospital. Had to be sedated on day 3.
