Super sick today. - Sky - Sep 2, 2021
Wasnt feeling too great last night. Woke up this morning with 102 temp, completely clogged sinuses, and a piercing headache and sore throat. :(
Hope you guys are having a better day than I am right now.

I hope you don't got Covid. I know we aren't on the same page at some levels, but still.. hope this post helps.
Some natural remedies;
- Honey with tea (soar throat)
- Mint tea (headaches) + hot shower (Camille or mint or lavender) for clogged sinuses
- Try to get some vitamins (especially D - sun) if you feel bad in general (moody, depressed, ill)
Or medicine / rest, if you prefer that. I wish you a quick recovery.

Sounds about the same thing that’s been going around in my area, it wasn’t covid for me as I got tested when I got sick, but I know of at least 5 people with the same symptoms

I don't think I have covid, I think it's just this nasty bug that's been going around. I felt sick yesterday, but it was my day off. Had to take today off too. Pretty sure my daughter go me sick since she missed school Monday with similar symptoms.

Hope you feel better, get some rest and drink fluids.
some honey + ginger tea goes a long way for your stomach and throat. I'd also suggest putting a lil bit of lemon in you water to help you with electrolytes.

Still sick. No fever today which is GREAT. Doctor thinks it's just a sinus infection and stomach bug. Back at work, just gonna keep sanitizer in my pocket and wear a mask when I have a customer come in.

Also, taking a steamy shower is very nice, it feels like the sickness is leaving your body for that moment.
