Of all the trashy salesmen on this forum, trust me this one is one of the worst. I'll try to keep it short, as I'm already exhausted from dealing with such a jerk.
First of all, I used Regulus as my middleman for the sale of his instagram bot.
Important story information: I was clear about what I wanted to use it for and what I expected from our market, I wanted to create mass accounts in order to do mass dm, and have a demo of all its features: https://imgur.com/a/pFnilFf
Everything was clean and clear at the beginning of the deal: we agreed that o3Fo would give me a tutorial to use his bot, that I would pay within a day, that he would send me the demo + the bot and that was settled! https://imgur.com/a/wVD6x7z
That's where I made the mistake not to commit: I trusted the veracity of the words of this idiot, thinking he was going to send me the demo of the bot in the day, I decided to tell Regulus (the middleman) to release the funds: https://imgur.com/a/i1inLGN
It was after o3Fo received the money that he started to get scummy.I started asking him how many instagram accounts he could create per day, at first I could do mass dm, then after the sale he told me 5 per day, or else I had to use a vpn locally and manually, then in the group with regulus he told me I could create unlimited, the guy answers every other time when I ask him questions, or ask him to do concrete things.

I wanted to have a mass instagram acc creator + mass dm, he said his bot do that, but I'm still waiting the proof, the mass dm feature isnt complicated to create ? I didnt saw any good seller selling it on forums.

Mass DM feature will get your account banned very quickly, it isn't a very feasible feature at all. Mass Creator isn't very common, I'm sure some bots do that but they won't be cheap as its something that has to be updated everyday.

I've reviewed the screenshots you posted. Not once does o3Fo state that his bot can make accounts, so I'm unsure why you're claiming he has. Are there other screenshots you're not sharing?
Your screenshots only show o3Fo stating that he will show you how to make accounts, not that his tool does. This seems to be a case of OP not properly reviewing what he was buying. I understand that you stated that you wanted an account creator, but o3Fo never made any attempt to convince you that he was selling you an account creator, just a mass DMer.
