You've posted this same thread in a couple sections. Have you tried contacting Facebook first? That is your best bet to get your messenger account back, not having someone else hack it back.
Also, watch out for scammers messaging you on this topic...

Contacting Facebook honestly might be the safest and easiest method unfortunately
