You might want to checkout the documentation for PyautoGUI, it might have what your looking for. https://pyautogui.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ RE: send mouse clicks to inactive windows - Sajuuk - Oct 7, 2021 (Oct 7, 2021 08:12 AM)salemxx66 Wrote: this is for active windows The status of the window doesn't make a difference. You just specify the precise ID/name of the window you want the keys to be sent to. If you need to keep the window in the background, you could auto-minimize (or force minimize) but depending on how you go about doing that it may result in more trouble than its worth. RE: send mouse clicks to inactive windows - Maquina - Nov 1, 2021 I'm guessing you want to make a bot, like a runescape bot or something -- that works in the background. It's not that simple unfortunately. The way runescape bots work, is they send specific commands to the server without doing anything with your mouse or keyboard. They don't even need to render any graphics. |
