I want to ask about postmessage function that send mouse clicks and keyboard strokes to inactive windows
i don't want to active that window
I WANT TO USE ONLY TITLE OF WINDOW AND COORDINATES

Idk about the ticking part but you could get window titles and progress status via BackGroundWorker 's

I've looked up to that as well. Didn't find a solution for this myself. Guess it's not that easy not to foreground the window and then stroke it.
