Letting your boss know that you think they're awesome? - The Pact - Oct 9, 2021
So I mostly work for myself with multiple mini income streams but I have taken on some casual work working for someone else and I just think she's awesome but is there a way to let her know without looking weird, suck up, a dick?
I'm another female so it wouldn't be awkward in that way.

Find a good opportunity when you're having a casual conversation. Point why you think she's awesome.

just let her know about how you feel and admire the way she handles her craft/skill/ knowledge about what she does.

Even if you were a guy you could just plain out say that you think she is awesome and kicks ass, and that you are grateful for working with her or love working for her.

Just be mindful of corporate policies with this sort of thing. Most businesses prohibit any gifts above a certain value threshold to avoid conflicts of interest.
