image signature problems - SIM-4230503 - Oct 13, 2021
Hello
I wanted to put an image in the signature and after putting the code i get this error:
Signature image doesn't exist.
When i preview the signature, it works perfect. Tried to put the image url from different domains but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Upon save, external image links are validated, it must fail upon some check.
What is the image URL?

am i allowed to post here? i tried both on a domain and also on imgur and i get the same error. i mean the urls are working just fine.

It sounds like an issue with the image, or its metadata.

i'm actually putting any image url from imgur and still the same problem.
