Anyone got a JB PS3 or RGH/JTAG? - Chrisy - Nov 2, 2021
Personally I have an RGH 2 Dual Nand console (means I can play on a hacked console and click a button and it switches to a stock console)
I also have a jailbroken PS3
I was just wondering if anyone else had any of these and if so, what do you do with them?
Personally I play PS1 and 2 games on the PS3 and I don’t use the Xbox.

Yeah it’s CFW, latest version.
CFW is better than HEN or HAN, as with HEN you need to re-do the jailbreak process every time you turn your PS3 on, which can be a nightmare.
Another reason why CFW is better is you get full access to your console and the ability to use certain tools/applications you can’t on HEN.
Lastly, you can run PS1 and PS2 ISO’s on CFW, you can’t do this properly on HEN.

I see where your coming from, but it can be more tedious than what you may know, more often than not, the console will fail to exploit and it will reset, bit of a pain if you ask me so there can be a bit of time wasted.
As for what you said about safeness, nothing is safe, doesn’t matter if it’s hen han or CFW as you have an equal amount of chance getting banned.
The CFW allows you to use your console to its full potential, HEN is restricted.

What would you use an RGH for nowadays? When Xbox 360 was popular I had an RGH but I don't see the benefit in owning one now.

I've always wanted a modded xbox, not to be a dick online killing people with god mode in lobbies, but to be able to do all the fun crazy shit and enjoy the other useful features of having one. Honestly gonna look into getting one from the place I was looking at, why the hell not.

Emulators, mod games (if that’s what your into) play game backups (download games online and play them) hundreds of things man, good to have

But arent those all old games to mod, like Cod 4? Also, emulators can just be used on PC now.
