Having an issue with the vram temperature, its currently at 98 and 102 on some cards, I am having a lot of work to make it sink, don't really know what to do to make it sink.

in another thread you said the cooler fans aren't running is that still the case?

Yeah today I started it without the cooler fans, I had issues with starting them since I didn't find any sata cable

Also, you could try changing the orientation of each card so that the one in front isn't blowing hot air into the fan of the next, and have a row of fans on the other side as well. I know most of the heat will be coming out of the sides where you've put the fans, but still.

You really did buy the wrong thermalpads. You went for budget instead of premium quality.
Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 do the job really well, those gelid's didn't work for me good enough.

Thermal grizzly is a good product I used their thermal paste before. Perhaps try another thermal pad brand.
On a side note thermal pads feel very nice like gum i remember trying to chew it when i use to work on laptops... its not gum...
