Just to be clear, it has nothing to do with any HF member.
So I bought a digital product from someone's selly page, and it turns out to be a bluff - the product isn't working and seller never answers.
So what's the best way to get my money back?

Fill a complain with your card issuer.

Through bank I would say is the best way as your bank provider and stripe work directly

Call the card company or your bank. Tell them you bought a fake product
