you can start making 1 drawing per day , watch bunch of youtube tutorials .
or you can offer a cheap service here , making money while practicing motivates you more .

Very nice work! Alot of detail in the design. First I didn't saw the person laying but after looking twice a saw a person standing on a other person. Nice skills and artwork!

the drawing is good! Just one thing if you don't look at the picture intuitively at first.
