Not Sure if its the right section of the forum to post in but anyways if its get moved then it will reach someone eventually
my query is i work as a cs agent and the company i work in doesn`t seem to be fair with us they use software called Interaction Workspace (IW)
this software connects to multiple ips in order to make or receive calls and most importantly to appear online and ready on system
and since i work from home on work pc its domain connected and works via vpn (any connect) by Cisco and ofc i cant grant my self admin access (tried many ways but failed cause of domain error) so i cant block the ports or urls threw the pc firewall and tried to block the ips threw my router but vpn bypasses the block so if u ask why i wanna do this because sometimes we need a relief at work or bathroom break which don`t provide us
so the main goal is to appear status : ready . but break the listening port or established one
anyone got idea how ?
