South Park: Post Covid Special (Paramount+) - False King - Dec 16, 2021 So I just watched the new special that the South Park creators published as part of their deal with Paramount+. It's not on the South Park website, so you'll have to have Paramount+ or find an alternative way to watch it. I honestly loved it. It is AWESOME. They really went back to the OG stuff. They continue on the previous canon but just go "fuck all this and let's do fun shit again". It's completely over the top, the social commentary is perfectly balanced and just makes fun of EVERYTHING. I honestly missed this. I'm so happy they did this. It sucks it isn't in their regulars, but hey, if this gives them the room to do stuff like this again - GO FOR IT. Really recommend watching it. Especially if you loved the old South Park. This is a perfect balance of both. RE: South Park: Post Covid Special (Paramount+) - QbMPVt5NV0aK - Dec 20, 2021 I did watch it online and really liked it, especially the unique ending of the movie RE: South Park: Post Covid Special (Paramount+) - AuntEsther - Dec 31, 2021 Didn't like it. I haven't liked the show for many years now. They jumped the shark when Matt Stone departed and it became the wonderful world of politics with Trey Parker. The video games were like watching the old shot (Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole). These Tegridy, Pandemic, Post Covid specials are as boring as Mr. Hankey being sober. Where did you get it from Matt Stone departed? I wrote the those specials and wrote the season 25 episodes. He still does work there and hasn't left. What they're doing is contracting work out for writers. They're not 100% working on southpark but are trying to get new writers to come up with new ideas. I am currently working on episodes for season 26. If season 25 and 26 goes great on ratings. I might get staffed with them and get on screen credits. Right now just contract ghost writer. I made an episode for season 26 it's a hackforums episode but I spelled it HAKFORMS you will see it in season 26. |
