I extremely curious if there is any chance to install Rat Apk binded with other legal app. Without the people to have them involve and change settings to "install app from unknown source" just like any normal app. I mean They download app & Run without any problems. Would be awesome if there is some trick to bypass such warnings etc.

Not any for external .apks, that's kindof the point.
I mean app from my website or which I send to them, not from play store. So there is no such warrnigs etc only when app comes from play store? No chance for external app?
Yes I read last time someone hide some bank bot in some currency exchangers app which was in google play, then more than 10k people downoadet it :X
