What all can i do if I can get on someones wifi? I heard that if I know their old gmail password and i log in from their wifi itll allow me to reset the password.. Is this true? Either way what else can I do if I can access their wifi

DNS Hijacking would probably the most "malicious" thing you could do while having access to someone's network/router.

So for example you make a facebook phishing page hosted on your vps and reroute their dns so when they go on facebook.com it sends them to your page, you can get all their info.
Or you can redirect them to a malicious website to download a RAT or use a xss attack on their browser.

there are many mitm tools available . Use them to re-route their gmail/facebook traffic to a clone website of yours.

You can steal their data. Lookup for BurpSuite or BetterCap , those should work.

Research MITM attacks, EvilPortal, TwinAttack. Tools like wifi pineapple facilitates all this. Look it up!
