Hey everyone and happy new year!
I started managing models on OnlyFans a year ago and have had some great success with it, but not without some failures and learning curves along the way. Today, I am making a 6 figures a month with the models I have collectively. To kickstart the year, I'd like to begin a thread for those who need any insight or would like to ask any specific questions about my journey and/or anything related to the platform and your own endeavours with it.

Luckily, the first model I had was someone I already knew who had been trialling OF and failing despite having a super marketable image. Worked with her for 2 months and raised the account from Top 20 something % to 0.3% and that's when I started using her OF as an example to potential models I approached.
I find potential models all over social media. Wherever adult content can thrive, there are always communities you can dive into. I will say however, getting a new model to trust you is one of the hardest things especially when it relates to them giving you their login information. Even if the accounts are making nothing, so it always a hurdle. But now I'll contact potential models using my current roster's social media accounts as they are big, so it's much easier.
The most ideal but hardest setup is paying a model a wage in respects to how much the account is making (kinda like guys here who pay a girl a wage to make content for sc premiums) - the second most ideal and common is 50/50. However, if a model has already done the groundwork and has a lot of content, I've found it's quite difficult to get them on a 50% deal so I negotiate a rolling percent that starts from 35% and gradually rises and stays at 50% when the account has grossed X.

Is there that much guy in the sea? I mean these days every one has OF. What's the price of an average girl? I have a model girl but she's not that great(not bad tho). And for marketing you use Reddit, Snap and Tiktok?

Sex sold long before OnlyFans and will continue to do so after. Currently, audiences are using the subsciption based model as their choice of adult content consumption. So yes, there is more than enough guys to cater to all models - it then just depends on how marketable the model is, their content chain, your promotional strategy and upsells.
Pricing depends on what you plan to offer. Do you sell alot of PPV's? If so price yourself lower to ease the barrier of entry. Do you show everything on TL? In that case price much higher as you have less upsells. You will find much less resistance among subscribers when you have a perfectly balanced model which doesn't alienate your subscriber with too much spam for money but keeps them enticed to want to see more paywall content and/or other upsells.
Overall, the lower you price the more subscribers you will get vice versa. You will have to play around and see which works best for you as every account operates differently.
For marketing you should be on any and every social. If there are people there, you must be also be there. Don't just limit it to the big ones. Many niche communities out there where you can build real super fans. Horn into the niche of your model and build your fanbase accordingly.
