It's time for What is your favourite book again! - The Pact - Jan 4, 2022 What is your favourite book? I have a hard time answering this questions these days. For a long time I have been rather partial to a novel called Cat's Eye by Margaret Atwood. I have many favourites though. RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - Mozart - Jan 4, 2022 It's an age old classic but still the most relevant to me but my favorite is " The Art of War " by Sun Tzu RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - K1. - Jan 4, 2022 To Think and Grow Rich is a good one by Napoleon Hill Currently reading The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - False King - Jan 4, 2022 Damn, that's a good one. I spend all my time on my two jobs or online. I used to read a ton. There was a time when I went through a book every other day, and that lasted for years. I haven't read Cat's Eye, but I did read The Handmaid's Tale by the same author. Not because of the streaming series, either, this was before that was a thing. : ) I always find it to be impossible to pick a favorite book. There are so many great ones that have different things to offer. A lot of my favorites are part of a series, and I wouldn't be able to pick a single book from them. The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns, both by John Green, are beautiful books. I would recommend them to just about anyone. RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - Parks - Jan 4, 2022 I'm just almost done with Atlas Shrugged and its turning out to be one of my favorite books right behind Dune. Who is John Galt? RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - blackrose_x0x0 - Jan 4, 2022 My favorite book is still The Count of Monte Cristo and it will probably always be my favorite. It's an amazing tale of revenge. I recently read The Alchemist last summer and I got to say I really enjoyed that book, probably the best thing I've read in years. Loved the old man in the jail cell, can't remember his name right now though RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - Joe - Jan 4, 2022 (Jan 4, 2022 07:06 PM)blackrosex0x0 Wrote: My favorite book is still The Count of Monte Cristo and it will probably always be my favorite. I'm not a big fan of most classics anyway. RE: It's time for What is your favourite book again! - blackrose_x0x0 - Jan 4, 2022 (Jan 4, 2022 07:07 PM)Parks Wrote: Ooooof! Loved the old man in the jail cell, can't remember his name right now though Glad to see someone else here that likes that book as well! Abbé Faria. I had to search the name I had forgotten but ya, it was around that part of the book that really sucked me in my first time reading it.
