Guys I need your help. How can I purchase a visa gift card? I would like to transfer it to my PayPal account but i live in Europe and it's written valid in USA only. Forgive me for my bad English. Thanks in advance

Your question is somewhat ambiguous: Are you looking to purchase a US Visa Gift Card or apply one on your EU PayPal acccount?

Unfortunately, you can't apply the Visa gift card to your PayPal balance, however, you may be able to link it to your PayPal account and make purchases with it, provided that you're able to verify it.
