I've been searching for a UK partner for about 3 months now to start a fully LEGAL online business.
I can code the website, make gfx, start advertising. I just need a partner to join me!

A business isn't your company registration or your logo, lol. Try to earn the money first and if it works go legal after. Why rushing? You seem to not have done a business before, honestly.
