EDIT: There's several reasons people don't want the vaccine. From fear of deportation, to fear of government experiments (Tuskegee Study), and general hesitancy over long term side effects.

• Lipids - If you've ever taken a science class that wasn't led by a religious official you might know that a lipid is a fat and in this case allows for the protein to enter cells.
  


• Salt, sugar, acid stabilizers, and acid - Literally just keeps the vaccine from going bad while frozen.
