Super Bowl Halftime Performance - Omniscient - Feb 14, 2022
It was pretty good. I didn't think it was amazing but I did like it.

I was a fan of the halftime show this year. Think M&M could have gotten another song in, but no complaints from me. Very enjoyable.

i enjoyed it as well, it was a nice walk down memory lane tbh especially with tupac playing, one of my all time favorite artists! 50 cent looked like he had gained a ton of weight lol

I didn't think anything of it. If they didn't tell me it has significance, I wouldn't have thought it did. Still not sure it did. Did Eminem make a statement on it?
I think idiots want to make it controversial over nothing. "look look, he's on his knee, must be BLM". What, no one can go on their knees ever again without it being protest? That's bullshit. I took it more as a bow to Dre and the fans.
It's like how the "OK" hand gesture is now a white supremacist thing.

No our news outlets here in the UK have just been reporting on it calling it controversial all day, because he was advised not todo it.
Even though as you say all that happened is one guy bent down on one knee.
I guess because the super has next to no coverage in th UK the only story they did cover was one which will cause divide of opinion.
Edit: exactly the world has become far to focused on political correctness, its almost become a pandemic.

I sort of freak out when I realize some of my favorite music is now 30 years old. Seems really bizarre to me because it just don't feel like that long ago.

I enjoyed the half time show it was fun to see all these legends come together and perform, not sure what the NFL was thinking telling them not to do certain things its like telling a dead person to come back alive, they do what they want. I also enjoyed some of the memes online about 50 Cent and people calling him fatty cent and people telling Mary J to get here inhaler.

If you grew up in the 90s and like the rap / hip hop genre, then that was the greatest Super Bowl half time performance you’ve seen.
