How do you legally immigrate to the USA from Canada? - Jackets - Feb 22, 2022
I have a girlfriend so finding someone to marry isn't do-able.
I'm honestly just tired of Canada and have been aiming to move for a long time.
Don't plan on going till I have atleast 10-15k saving, but I just need out.
Any tips?

Meaning?
I am a legal citizen of Canada born and raise w/o any sort of criminal record.
Clean as a whistle.
Unfortunately in regards to my job I am a janitor at a hospital so I don't believe I'd be considered in need.

Depends on your financial stability and situation from what I know.
There are different tiers also for visa requirements.. that's all I'm sure of

You either pay an immigration lawyer several thousand dollars to make it happen or you buy real estate in the US** (not 100% on this one) or you have an American sponsor you personally or you have a company sponsor you for work.
You get a green card/visa and can live in the US.
