I can do this for you. $100 an hour billed in 15 minute Increments.
Sure you can find someone a lot cheaper, but I'm a thousand times better than them.

LOL. Not going to lie, pretty novice developers on this forum, but thousands of times better is a pretty hefty statement.
OP please post more about what you hope to accomplish.
