Knowledge Please "Trojan Mining" - Hoodlum - Mar 16, 2022
I recently came across the term " Trojan mining" and this might sound so noobish ill get banned but is it really possible to Get a RAT onto someone's computer , android or iphone and secretly mine crypto using them???? 👀
Also I have quite a few keyloggers, rats, from free download sites. No idea how to set them up. I forgot the little bit hacker knowledge I had and I'm trying to relearn.

Yes, it is possible to silently mine crypto-coins on someone's PC without their knowledge. Some RATs offer an inbuilt option to load a silent miner on the target PC, other RATs don't. There are also separate Silent-Miners as a standalone product, for example: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6150723 from PureCoder
If the RAT doesn't have an inbuilt option to a load silent miner software, you can most probably let the client download & execute a standalone silent miner software.

For minning you need to buy a miner, for example PureMiner.
