I hit my girlfriend blacked out - FinanceMan901 - Apr 2, 2022
Last night I got insanely drunk and almost got in a brawl but my girl kept grabbing me and then we got in a argument and she just got me really upset. When I’m drunk and I’m getting held it annoys the fuck out of me. We got in a argument on the way to her house and I fell asleep on the couch.
But she then texts me in the morning that I punched her twice once in the stomach and other time on the arm. She was yelling at me all last night and pretty much saying she can’t sleep and it got me aggravated. While in my drunken blacked out mind she came and grabbed me twice to wake me up and out of anger/pure instincts I hit her.
Am I the wrong here? It was genuinely not on purpose and she was initiating the physical contact by grabbing me and yelling at me while I’m passed out

Listen one of my earliest childhood memories is seeing my dad beat my mom half to death. I’ve always said I would never be like him.
She was grabbing me while I was passed out and this was all done unconsciously. So how is this my fault?
