There are multiple sites that offer this, like mollie, but I have been rejected from all of them. If anyone can offer me a solution to offer PaySafeCard payment on my own site, just name a price.

Well yes, but I specifically need the PaySafeCard payment option. Allowing a customer to enter a 16 digit code (not just the account option) and to pay. If you are able to do that lmk.
