I have experience in building many different types of projects. I price my work by project instead of hourly.
That way the price is known from the start and doesn't change.

No refunds unless stated otherwise in the contract.
No blackhat or illegal projects. Its stated everywhere on this thread as well as on my profile. I will not do it. Don't ask.
I will provide support for projects within reason and as long as its within the scope of the project.
All deals require a contract on-site. We can discuss off-site but deals will be recorded with a contract.
No vouch copies obviously due to the nature of the service.

Known this user for a decent while and they have grown a lot as a dev! Really good at scrapping and similar projects. I regularly talk to them and get some useful advice! Wouldn't hesitate to work with them if I needed a scrapper!
