Try account recovery and see if you can get a peek at the listed email for the account. Otherwise you'd have to socially engineer your way in there or bruteforce it. You could always try to phish the email by direct message with a fake giveaway or some BS business enqiury.

i looked at the account recovery section, but the email address seems to be closed, only the beginning and end appear
