[RANT] Stupid people and stupid lawsuits - skull - Apr 26, 2022
WARNING: This is a rant. I just need to get it out cause I am so sick of rich people thinking they control the world.

There is this rich fuck, who started a bunch of lawsuits against people like me, families including transgender members that have kids.
As most of you already know, I am a guy married to a trans-man, meaning a former woman.
My husband is also the real mother of our son and we have a pretty normal life.
Then some rich dude started a bunch of these lawsuits against families like mine saying that it’s harmful to the kids being in these abnormal family situations, and we are being accused of child abuse.
Not only us, but we have also seen countless others in this situation.
I have read my fair share of the law, and I know that people cannot just pull off a lawsuit like that in my country, it requires authority, we are not the US where anyone can suit anyone. Anyhow he got the money and is somehow still pulling it off.
My lawyer says it's a 100% guaranteed win, it may just take a while.
The guy is not allowed to run this lawsuit, there is no way he can legally hold it up, these cases are only handled by the government.
We believe he tries to just scare people that do not have the money, time, or energy to defend themself and to make a big scare for others.
So I gathered 14 other families, and I paid my lawyer to fight this together with us.
I have never been this broke in my life, yet my lawyer says that that rich dude will have to pay it all back +interests when this is over.
So you guys might not see me as active as usual the next period of time.

If what you're saying is that someone is calling you unfit as parents simply because you're trans or queer, that is sincerely fucked up and wrong in every way.
Assuming you are in a rational country with rational judges I would expect things to go your way. Idk you personally but you seem like good people skull. I don't believe anyone should have to go through what you are without a damn good reason. Godspeed

I hope you win this one. You've been helping others and my prayers are with you that's all I can say. I'm not against any gender or any religion. Infact I can say that a trans can handle a kid much better than a normal women. It's not easy life but in the end it's life. You need to face these rich fuggs and show them the real deal.
