Get Ip_adress from offline Website - GoldenPanda - May 16, 2022

Hello everyone!

I hope, someone can help me with my question!

I wonder, if it's possible to get the ip-adress of a website that is already offline.

In my case, i got a link with a phising-website. But if i want to go on this website now, it says, that the website can't be reached.

Also i can't ping the website, because it is offline.

Can anybody help me who knows a technique to get the ip-adress of this website? (and i know, that this website is most likly running with a hosting provider like cloudflare etc.)

Thank you very much for your help in advance!

g.p.

dig or nslookup to query DNS records to check the IP address it resolves to

ok thank you.

i've tried it, and either i am dumb or i don't know haha

The link i am talking about starts with "willhaben-at" (third-level-domain), than has a number (second-level-domain) and the top-level-domain is ".pw"

Maybe i have a misconception, but could it be, that this is not a valid domain? It looks suspicous to me.
